Chicken Cacciatore - Braised bone in half chicken, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, thyme and red wine

Veal Mandolese - Sauteed veal medallions, prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, porcini mushroom sauce

Braciole - Pounded beef stuffed with prosciutto & smoked mozzarella in plum tomato sauce over polenta
