Chuleta De Cerdo "Porterhouse" - Wood fired 12 oz pork porterhouse chop, sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus, and pineapple salsa

Pollo Solar - Lime-garlic marinated chicken breast, caramelized shallots and steamed kale, black bean crouqueta and mango sweet and sour gravy
