Uzbeki Palau - Afghan rice with lamb shanks cooked with onions mixed with shredded carrots and raisins.

Kofta Chalau - Ground beef meatballs w/Afghan spices cooked with a delicious sauce served with Afghani rice.

Quabili Palau - Chicken slowly cooked and baked with Afghan rice infused in house spices, topped with raisin and sweet carrots.

Silk Road Kabob - One skewer of chicken and one skewer of Koobideh kabob

Trout Almandine - Native trout sauteed in lemon butter with silvered almonds

Lemon Caper Salmon - Salmon grilled in lemon butter

Beef Dijonnaise - Beef tenderloin sauteed with sauce demi-glace with fresh mushrooms, scallions, brandy, and a touch of Dijon mustard

Ashak - Hand formed vegetarian dumplings topped with kidney beans and tomato sauce or a special kofta sauce
