Executive Chef Charles Soreth

Executive Chef Charles Soreth, a Philadelphia native, moved to the Atlantic City area in 1999 and began his culinary career at the Trump Marina.  He quickly moved up the ranks and worked in different casinos ultimately becoming a corporate chef for B R Guest Hospitality overseeing Dos Caminos, Sammy D’s and Bill’s Bar and Burger at Harrah’s. 

In April of 2016 he opened the popular Sublime Seafood, a modern fish market and café in Northfield.  He was there until last year when he became a partner and Executive Chef for Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall. 

Soreth lives in Mays Landing with his wife and 2 daughters.
