Since 1976, Los Amigos has featured creative, contemporary and complex southwestern and Mexican border fare, with a flavorful selection of fresh seafood, prime steaks and margaritas, such as Chile Bronzed Salmon and Serrano along with delicious standards of nachos, tacos and enchiladas. Potato Chorizo Flauta - Mexican chorizo and roasted potatoes, rolled into a corn tortilla and baked. Served with verdes sauce, queso fresco, garlic cream and cilantro

Ensalada Aguacate (vegan without queso) - Sliced avocados, tomatoes, red onions and queso fresco over mixed greens with citrus lime vinigrette

Chicken or Vegetable Divorciada - Served in a flour tortilla with guacamole, Jack cheese, black beans, Mexican rice, Sabrosa sauce, Pico De Gallo and lettuce. Topped with verde and rojo sauces.

Blackened Fish Tacos - Tuna & salmon in flour tortillas with Southwest slaw & mango-papaya habanerosalsa. Served with arroz Mexicana.

Green Piggy Burrito - Slow roasted pork rolled into a flour tortilla with guacamole & sour cream, smothered with salsa verdes, cheese & cilantro. Served with Mexican rice, pickled red onions & black beans.

Enchiladas Verdes - Pulled chicken, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, rolled into corn tortillas, tomatillo salsa verde, topped with queso fresco & sour cream & red onions.  Served with Arroz Mexicana & refried beans.

Mushroom Tacos (vegan) - Two corn tortillas with pan seared mushrooms in an orange guajillo salsa, avocado, cabbage slaw, pickled onions, cilantro

Chicken Sausalito - Pan seared chicken breast topped with Chorizo, Chihuahua cheese, salsa verdes and pico de gallo.  Servd with saffron-achiote rice and charros beans.

Margarita Glazed Salmon - North Atlantic salmon filet, pan seared crispy, topped wtih Margarita lemon glaze and mango papaya salsa. Coconut curry cream, served with mango salad.
