Executive Chef Michael Mendick
A native of South Jersey, Chef Michael Mendick is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College’s Culinary Arts Program. After several years working in various casinos, restaurants, a hospital and taverns, Michael has made his home for the last ten years at Harbor Pines Golf Club.
Chef Michael specializes in catering and special events. His influences range from classic Italian and French to down home American comfort dishes. His style is clean and elegant without all the fuss. Chef Michael credits his down to earth ideals and success from the loving support of his family and co-workers at Harbor Pines Golf Club.
