Chef Joel Dincher

Amassing numerous awards in the culinary arts, including two Iron Chef titles, Chef Joel Dincher prides himself on tantalizing the palates of everyone from his loyal dining crowd to an impressive list of celebrities.

Prior to joining Megan’s, Dincher owned and operated The Moonfish Grill in Cape May, NJ. He previously served as Executive Chef of The Palm Restaurant at The Quarter, as well as Chef of the multi-award winning Brighton Steakhouse at the former Sands Casino Hotel, both in Atlantic City, NJ. During his tenure at the Brighton, Dincher led the restaurant to its highest Zagat ranking of Top Steakhouse in New Jersey in 2006.

Prior, Dincher worked as executive chef at several restaurants in Harrisburg, PA, including the landmark Maverick Steak House, the multi-award winning Firehouse Restaurant in downtown Harrisburg and his own Mediterranean bistro, Pesce, which received nine Best Restaurant awards during its first year.
