Chef Brian Perry

Chef Perry has been in the restaurant industry for fifteen years. He was raised in Dublin, Virginia and moved to the Atlantic City area when he was 20 years old to attend the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing New Jersey.
 
His culinary work experience started at the age of 17 working in small privately owned establishments. Since then he has worked at local southern jersey eateries, the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel and the Borgata Casino Hotel. Chef Perry is currently the executive chef of Atlantic City operations for the Lyons Group. He oversees Game On, Sonsie and the Trinty Pub & Carvery at the Pier at Caesars. He resides in Ocean City, NJ with his wife and three children.
